Otomotiv \u00fcreticileri i\u00e7in OE lastik onay testlerini y\u00f6netti. Hem i\u00e7 hem de d\u0131\u015f mekanlarda hem standart geli\u015ftirme hem de reg\u00fclasyon testlerini y\u00f6netti. Mehmet, Brisa \u00fcyesi olarak ETRTO'da (Avrupa Lastik ve Jant Teknik Organizasyonu) aktif bir \u00fcyeydi. Teknik Dan\u0131\u015fma  Alt Komitesi, Binek Lastikleri Alt Komitesi ve Ticari Lastikler Alt Komitesinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 y\u0131l g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">10 y\u0131l BM ECE Lastikler T\u00fcrkiye Komitesi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131. Bu g\u00f6revinde T\u00fcrkiye Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, TSE (T\u00fcrk Standartlar\u0131 Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc), OSD (Otomotiv Sanayicileri Derne\u011fi) ve T\u00fcrkiye'deki Lastik \u0130malat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 ile yak\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda emekli oldu ve ard\u0131ndan 4 \u015eubat 2004 tarihinde C&amp;C Core Competence Ltd. \u015firketini kurdu. \u00c7in, Avrupa ve ABD'deki Tire Manufacturing Machinery \u015firketlerine dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k yapt\u0131. \u00c7in, Hindistan, Rusya ve Tataristan Cumhuriyeti'ndeki ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z lastik \u015firketlerine dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmetleri verdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:25px\">C&amp;C Core Competences Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">C&amp;C Core Competences Ltd. i\u00e7in ilk fikir, 28 y\u0131l \u00f6nce Br\u00fcksel'de 1993'te ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. Mehmet Koral, BRISA'deyken, Br\u00fcksel'de Brugmann Bulvar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki ETRTO binas\u0131n\u0131n yak\u0131n\u0131ndaki  bir restoranda di\u011fer Lastik End\u00fcstrisi profesyonelleriyle bir araya geldi. ETRTO Dan\u0131\u015fma ve \u0130rtibat Alt Komitesi toplant\u0131 g\u00fcndemini tart\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in Br\u00fcksel'deki ETRTO Genel Merkezindeydiler. Konu\u015fma, lastik tasar\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 ve \u00fcreticileri i\u00e7in yakla\u015fan zorluklar ile ba\u015flad\u0131 ve sonunda emeklilik planlar\u0131na d\u00f6nd\u00fc. Genel Sekreter\u2019in \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 kariyeri, gelecekte ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z lastik \u00fcreticilerine dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k yapmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek i\u00e7in Mehmet\u2019te bir k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m yaratt\u0131. ETRTO, Avrupa'daki Lastik ve Jant \u00fcreticileri i\u00e7in Teknik Standartlar ve M\u00fchendislik Tasar\u0131m Bilgilerindeki uzmanl\u0131\u011fa y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Mehmet, g\u00f6revli olarak on y\u0131l boyunca BRISA'l\u0131 bir Teknik y\u00f6netici olarak Br\u00fcksel ve Cenevre'deki toplant\u0131lara kat\u0131lmaya devam etti. ETRTO  \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma toplant\u0131lar\u0131 ve BLIC ile ili\u015fkileri, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z lastik \u00fcreticilerine lastik tasar\u0131m\u0131, geli\u015ftirme, \u00fcretim ve performans iyile\u015ftirmelerinde yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bir i\u015f kurma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini te\u015fvik etti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda Mehmet, tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f lastik makine \u00fcreticilerinin dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 ve temsilcisi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Mehmet, uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak baz\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z lastik \u00fcretim \u015firketlerinin uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 teknoloji konusunda \u00e7ok bilgili ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 farketti. Pazardaki sorunlar genellikle tasar\u0131m, \u00fcretim veya sahadaki uygulama \u015fartlar\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, \u015firketler bunu \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in Mehmet'in \"Know-How\" yerine \"Know-Why\" dedi\u011fi \u015fekilde daha derinlikli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7in yard\u0131ma ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 vard\u0131.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kritik proses makinelerinin kabiliyetini, proses toleranslar\u0131n\u0131 ve hassasiyetini anlay\u0131p, yat\u0131r\u0131m kararlar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatmadan ve sonu\u00e7land\u0131rmadan \u00f6nce bir referans ve tart\u0131\u015fma yol haritas\u0131 olarak makinelerin teknik spesifikasyonlar\u0131n\u0131  olu\u015fturmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u0130lk g\u00fcnden itibaren lastik tasar\u0131m\u0131, m\u00fchendislik, \u00fcretim ve kalite g\u00fcvence ekiplerini makine ve hammadde tedarik\u00e7ileriyle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere dahil etmelidir.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Mehmet, lastik \u00fcreticilerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in \u00c7in'in Jiangsu eyaletinde bir Teknik Merkezi bulunan Avrupal\u0131 \u200b\u200bbir \u00e7elik kord \u00fcreticisi \/ tedarik\u00e7isi taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015flat\u0131lan bir projeye dahil oldu. Yerinde ziyaretler yaparak, belliba\u015fl\u0131 sekiz \u00c7inli lastik \u00fcretim \u015firketine dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k yapt\u0131. TBR lastik Ku\u015fak ve Karkas'taki (g\u00f6vde kat\u0131) \u00e7elik kord tel yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ve filaman \u00e7aplar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurguluyordu. Hedeflenen lastik kullan\u0131c\u0131 \u015fartlar\u0131  i\u00e7in \u00e7elik ku\u015fak tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ve TBR Lastiklerindeki topuk demetinin kesit tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine dair \u00f6rnekler g\u00f6sterdi.\n\n\n\u0131. Bile\u015fen haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131nda, lastik yap\u0131m\u0131nda ve lastik sertle\u015ftirme i\u015flemlerinde \u00fcretim kalitesi de ayn\u0131 derecede \u00f6nemlidir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Proje s\u00fcresince, \u00c7in'deki sekiz TBR lastik \u00fcreticisinin fabrikas\u0131yla yak\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fck kamyon ve otob\u00fcs filo \u015firketlerine saha gezileri de dahil olmak \u00fczere lastik hurdal\u0131klar\u0131na Saha Gezileri yapt\u0131. Yerinde g\u00f6zlemler yapt\u0131 ve daha ileri lastik kesiti analizleri i\u00e7in baz\u0131 \u00f6rnek hurdaTBR Lastikleri temin etti. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir lasti\u011fin hurdalanmas\u0131n\u0131n temel nedenini aramak i\u00e7in bir zorunluluktu. Bu amaca ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in izlenecek prosed\u00fcr\u00fcn \u00f6rneklerini olu\u015fturdu. Mehmet yan\u0131ndakilere  \"Bir Sorunuz varsa ar\u0131zal\u0131 lasti\u011fi sorun\" diyordu. Mehmet \n \"Lastikteki bir ar\u0131zan\u0131n, hurdalanman\u0131n sebebini yak\u0131ndan g\u00f6zlem yapmadan, sorgulamadan, ard\u0131ndan  kesit analizleri yapmadan ba\u015flamay\u0131n; hem fiziksel hem de kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m olarak.\" diyordu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201dSorular\u0131 en az 3 defa birbiri ard\u0131na \"Neden\u2026.?\" diye sorup dururdu. Bu, \u00c7in'de 35 g\u00fcnl\u00fck, Rusya'da 10 g\u00fcnl\u00fck ve Bratislava'da 3 g\u00fcnl\u00fck bilgilendirici bir gezi ile sonu\u00e7land\u0131. O s\u0131rada tedarik ithalat yoluyla sa\u011flan\u0131yordu. \u015eirket daha sonra Rusya ve \u00c7in'de \u00e7elik kord \u00fcretim tesisine yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131. <\/li><li>2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda Moskova'n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 400 km g\u00fcneyinde Lipetsk \u00d6zel Ekonomik B\u00f6lgesi'nde (SEZ) \u00c7elik Kord tesisinin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131.<\/li><li>2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00c7in'in Liaoning eyaletinde ba\u015fka bir \u00fcretim tesisi kuruldu. \u00c7in, \u0130talya, Romanya ve Brezilya'da bir rakip \u015firketin  \u00e7elik kord \nfabrikalar\u0131n\u0131n sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 tamamland\u0131. Daha sonra da  Yanzhou, \u00c7in, ile \u0130zmit, T\u00fcrkiye'de iki fabrika daha al\u0131nd\u0131. G\u00fczel olan  bunlar. uzun vadeli tedarik anla\u015fmalar\u0131 e\u015fli\u011finde sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/li><li>Ayn\u0131 zamanda bu deneyimler, Mehmet'in benzersiz de\u011fer \u00f6nermesine y\u00f6nelik pazar ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frulamaya hizmet etti.
